Jeff Cuthbertson - Executive Professional and Manager of Operations
Jeff joined the Stony Plain Golf Course in February 2016 as the Manager of Golf Operations and Executive Professional. Jeff has been an active tournament competitor who enjoys competing in our Provincial events.

Robb James - Head Professional
Robb joined the Stony Plain Golf Course in 2016 after spending eight seasons at the Mayfair and fifteen at Victoria Golf Course. 2024 marks his eighth season as our Head Professional. When not at the course Robb is most likely freezing in an arena watching his daughter Juliet play Ringette.
Doug Ritchie - Associate Professional
Doug joined the team in 2021 and brings experience ranging from both public and private courses to full time teaching. As well, Doug held the position of Head Golf Professional at Eagle Rock Golf Course from 1996 - 2010. When not at the golf course, he enjoys spending family time with his wife and daughter.
Blaine Kruger - Assistant Professional
Blaine is back for his 6th season. He has 15+ years of playing Professionally under his belt and is entering his 7th year as a PGA of Canada Professional. Blaine will be involved with golf operations, instruction and overseeing Senior League this season. When not at the course, Blaine serves at his home church. Blaine is never one to shy away from conversation and loves to talk about Jesus, baseball and NASCAR.
Justin Berget - Assistant Professional
Justin grew up at the Stony Plain Golf Course as a junior member at age 12 and eventually became employed in the backshop. After a successful College career, earning ACAC Golfer of the Year and CCAA 1st Team All-Star Honours, he decided to join the PGA of Alberta in 2023. He is very excited to be part of the Professional Team at the place where it all began! Justin will be involved with golf operations, mentoring our backshop staff and also instruction throughout the season.
