Executive Chef: Sijo Sauru
Sijo Sauru has returned for his second season as our Food and Beverage Manager / Executive Chef at the Stony Plain Golf Course. After graduating in Hotel and Restaurant Management in India, Sijo moved to the United States to work with Princess Cruises. Since then he has worked for Original Joe’s as a Chef Manager, as well as the Radison and the Hilton. Most recently, Sijo held the position of Executive Chef at the Edmonton Petroleum Golf and Country Club. Sijo is happy to be a part of the Stony Plain team.
