Introducing Sijo Sauru

We’re excited to welcome Sijo Sauru as the new Food and Beverage Manager / Executive Chef at the Stony Plain Golf Course. After graduating in Hotel and Restaurant Management in India, Sijo moved to the United States to work with Princess Cruises. Since then he has worked for Original Joe’s as a Chef Manager, as well as the Radisson and the Hilton. Most recently, Sijo held the position of Executive Chef at the Edmonton Petroleum Golf and Country Club. Sijo is happy to be a part of the Stony Plain team and eagerly awaits the opportunity to make the food and beverage experience at the Golf Course a memorable one in 2019 and beyond. He looks forward to hosting special events like Easter Dinner, Mother's Day Brunch and Dinner, as well as Sunday brunches at the Golf Course!
